Philip brings a wealth of diverse experience and expertise to his role as Director of Operations for the Rose Calvelo Team at eXp Realty. Earlier this year, Philip made the bold decision to transition into the real estate industry after an impressive career in the audio-visual field, where he excelled as an AV installer, service and support technician, and conference solutions specialist. His background also includes marketing, digital media, photography, and carpentry, showcasing a unique combination of technical, creative, and hands-on skills.

Philip’s passion for real estate began with years of self-directed study and research into real estate investing, property flipping, and market trends. To further solidify his knowledge, he enrolled in the Diploma in Urban Land Economics program at the University of British Columbia. In addition, he successfully completed the Unlicensed Real Estate Assistant certificate course through the Calgary Real Estate Board and is a proud student member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada.

As Director of Operations, Philip’s broad skill set and extensive experience make him an invaluable member of our team. His strong technical acumen, marketing expertise, and history of working with a wide range of clients enable him to streamline processes, enhance client relationships, and develop innovative strategies for success. His exceptional ability to manage operations and support the team’s growth is evident in everything he does.
